First identified the client’s requirement regarding the type of pre contract work and fulfil as follows

• Government Tenders or Private Tenders

Identify tender procedure and conditions of contract with specifications of the job. Then site visits & pricing the tender with all necessary supporting documents.

• Feasibility Studies

Arranging site visit with qualified professionals and preparing feasibility report with obtaining approval from the relevant government authorities.

• Preparation of Tender documents in accordance to the drawings, specifications and client’s requirements. Then handling tender procedure and evaluation in accordance to the relevant guideline with specifications
